Does anyone know much about the new Supercharger Kit from Saleen. It looks sweet and I am interested on putting it in my 2009 1500. I tried to call SMS to find out if they make a kit for the 09 Ram 1500. Also is the motor the same as the previous years?
This is my first Dodge and I LOVE IT. Thanks Guys.

The SMS 296 supercharger was never officially offered for the 4.6 Liter, 3 valve engine featured in the 2005-10 Ford Mustang GT. A few 296 units were assembled and shown, but they were never installed in a production SMS 460 or sold over-the-counter.

The twelve 2010 SMS 460 Mustangs produced, feature the original Saleen Series VI. SMS Supercars procured a number of these units and made sure to select non-Series VI.5 assemblies.

The 296 was developed, certified, and installed in the SMS 570. So, the Chrysler unit was the only SMS supercharger offered.

Techco produced a hand-full of 3.0 Liter supercharger systems.
