Ive got an 03 Dodge Ram 1500 with the 5.7 and was wondering if all of the 5.7 parts actually interchanged. Ive noticed on several parts it said 05- and left out the 03-04 models. Is their a difference between these?

i also have a 04 hemi ram 1500 and want to do alot with it and don't want to order or install anything that isn't going to work what is the diffrence in the motors of the 04 5.7 hemi amd the later models i guess up to 06 maybe 07
