BWoody / DGR Jeep SRT-8 Coilover System for your 2006-2010 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT-8 6.1L HEMI. This is a height adjustable Street coilover system with features that include 30 way adjustable Shocks, Monotube Construction, a full height adjustable threaded body, Aluminum alloy top mounts / lock collars, and a steel lower mount.
The Street kit features softer shock damping and spring rates for a more comfortable ride, but still giving you the feeling of a forgiving sport suspension.
On almost all applications (except A-Arm and Multi-Link), the DGR kits come with fully adjustable Pillow-Ball upper mounts to easily tune and adjust your camber. Adjustable camber allows you to easily tune your car for any ride height which improves handling, predictability and tire wear, which is a great benefit both on the racetrack and on the street.
The coilover damper may be adjusted using a knob at the top of the damper mount. Simple adjustments can be made to tune for your style of driving and comfort level desired. DGR adjustable dampers make suspension adjustments easy to tune to match your driving needs, be it comfort or weekend auto-x.
The height adjustment is is handled by the aluminum alloy lock rings for accuracy and smooth adjustment. You can raise your Jeeep SRT-8 up to factory height for OEM appearance with performance handling (and sometimes higher than OEM) or you can drop your Jeep all the way down for a formal racetrack and an aggressive stance lowering your center of gravity to gain full potential of your Jeep's handling capabilities.
With the DGR kit, you will enjoy the construction quality and durability of the suspension package. Made of extremely durable Steel and featuring springs that are constructed of SAE-9254 Cold-Wound Steel which are then tested over 500,000 times by compression inspection.
