The Arrington 90mm drive-by-wire Throttle Body
Arrington introduces the Commemorative Edition of the FULL BILLET 90mm Throttle Body! Only a limited quantity will be made. No core charge. Finally, a plug-and-play** replacement throttle body for your 2005 – Present 5.7 and 6.1 HEMI powered vehicles.
Our billet throttle body is made from T-6061 aerospace grade aluminum. They are fully CNC machined in house at Arrington Engines. Each one has a full 90mm bore, and is a direct bolt on replacement for the stock 80mm unit. These throttle bodies interface with the stock computer, no messy throttle cable or electronic alterations required. Best of all it’s made in the USA!
Orders are now being accepted. Each billet throttle body is individually numbered but quantities are limited so don’t miss out!
**Tuning suggested/required. The throttle body should be calibrated to your vehicle by your local dealer. This unit flows 178 CFM over stock. A lean Air/Fuel ratio can cause catastrophic engine damage!
Add one of our HEMI Cold Air Intakes and a 5.7 - 6.1 HEMI Predator handheld Tuner for up to a 50 HP (Dyno Sheet) increase over stock on a 6.1 SRT8.
