Return Policy:
- Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization.
- Refund amount subject to change upon inspection of return item.
- 15% Restocking Fee on All Returns.
- Electrical Items are Not Returnable.
- Core Refunds Valid for 60 Days from Date of Shipment.

Custom orders may not be Cancelled
A cancellation fee of 15% will apply to all orders. Some vendors may charge greater than 15% to cancel an order. In such case the customer cancellation fee may be increased accordingly.
RETURN FORM
If you are shipping your return to us, we strongly suggest that you use traceable United Parcel Ground Service from your nearest staffed UPS facility. All returns must be sent prepaid—no collect shipments will be accepted. Insure the returned part for its full value to protect yourself against loss.

Updated: 9/24/2012: Cancellations not allowed on products ordered from Billet Technologies. These products are custom made and are not returnable, may not be cancelled, and may not be changed once the order is placed.
Updated: 2/13/2013 : Custom built products may incur up to a 45 business day lead time. Cancellations will not be accepted on Billet Technology Products. Returns will not be accepted. Method of shipping at checkout will be applied when products ship. Expedited shipping will not decrease lead times.
Updated:2/18/2013 : Due to the nature of Carbon by Design products a 4 to 6 week lead time may incur from the date of order. Cancellations and Returns of Carbon by Design products will result in a 25% cancellation fee. Method of shipping at checkout will be applied when products ship. Expedited shipping will not decrease lead times.
Updated:2/26/2013 : At this time we are not offering custom orders for Billet Technology products due to the extreme lead time. Though this lead time has been clearly explained to our customers there continues to be excessive attempts to cancel orders once they have been placed. The frustration of all parties involved in the sale, time spent serving our customers over this issue and the costs that this type of cancellation incurs outweigh the benefits offered to our customers by carrying the product line.
