Though we make all efforts to ship orders received before 3:00PM EST the following business day, some orders may require an additional 1-2 days to process. Any order placed after 3:00PM EST will be processed the next business day. As a security precaution, initial orders and orders shipping to alternate addresses may be held for extended verification. We reserve the right to make partial shipments, which will not relieve you of your obligation to pay for the remaining deliveries.

Engines, superchargers, exhaust systems, and other large items many times incur additional shipping charges due to size, weight, or multiple shipping boxes, although we work hard to ensure this does not happen. The customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges not calculated by our internet cart software, and will be notified prior to any charges. If additional charges are refused, ITEMS WILL NOT BE SHIPPED and your original order amount will be refunded. If your item has already been picked, a restocking fee of up to 15% may be charged.

We prefer to make all international sales via e-mail or telephone, however international customers may order directly from the website. Please note that shipping totals calculated directly in the internet shopping cart may not be accurate for non-USA customers. Shipping charges for international orders, if greater than the amount charged at the time of checkout, will be billed to the initial form of payment at the time of shipment. ShopHEMI.com is not responsible for any additional fees or charges incurred before the time of shipment or after delivery. Customers will be notified if additional funding is required before shipment. If at this time the customer wishes to cancel the order, a restocking fee may be charged. This fee is non-negotiable.

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Payment must be in U.S. dollars. We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Please contact our sales staff for wire transfer, PayPal, or bank draft information.

International Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, and fees required by the destination country when the package is delivered. Our service staff may not be familiar with your local import laws and as such our international customers should contact their local customs office for further information. Filing and completion of any and all required customs forms will be at the sole responsibility of the buyer or his/her purchasing agent.

All orders that do not meet $50.00 USD required minimum will be charged the minimum order amount plus any additional shipping costs.

All International Orders are non-refundable. All international sales are final. If any part is for any reason determined to be incorrect or otherwise unsuitable after delivery, the customer will pay all shipping and additional costs incurred if they wish to exchange or replace the part. Damaged shipments are the sole responsibility of the freight carrier.
